Ladies, are you ready to embark on an adventure-filled escape with your closest girlfriends? Let the adventure begin in world-renowned Whistler, an iconic winter wonderland nestled amidst majestic mountains. Known for its world-class ski slopes and cozy chalets, Whistler is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Spend your days conquering the slopes, indulging in spa treatments, and exploring the charming village. And when the sun sets, the vibrant nightlife offers a perfect opportunity to dance the night away with your favourite girls.
No matter what time of year you go there are countless ways to spend your days. For those seeking adrenaline-pumping adventures, hit the slopes and enjoy skiing or snowboarding in the winter months. During the summer, explore hiking trails, go mountain biking, or try zip-lining for a thrilling experience.
One of my favourite ways to spend the day with the girls is at the Scandinave Spa. This magical escape is tucked into the forest, with jaw-dropping views of the surrounding mountains. I like (and recommend) getting here as soon as it opens in the morning because it can get quite busy later in the day. They only allow a certain amount of people in at a time, and you won’t want to wait! There are three stages to the Baths experience: warming the body, cooling the body, and relaxation. There are different stations available for each stage including hot baths, a eucalyptus steam room, a Finnish dry sauna, cool baths, a Nordic waterfall, and showers. Afterward, soak up the silence while resting in one of the solariums, by a stoked fire, or swinging in a hammock (my favourite). I like to do the cycle as many times as possible. It doesn’t get any better than looking around and seeing the blissed-out look on my friend’s faces!

Imagine strolling through picturesque gardens, exploring historic landmarks, and indulging in elegant afternoon tea. Welcome to Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia and a haven of coastal charm! This beautiful city on Vancouver Island offers a delightful blend of history, natural beauty, and a touch of British charm.
Immerse yourselves in the quaint streets of downtown, visit the iconic Parliament Buildings, visit the world-famous Butchart Gardens, a stunning display of colourful flowers and tranquil landscapes, and take a leisurely walk along the stunning Inner Harbour while admiring the beautiful architecture of the Empress Hotel.
Visit the Royal BC Museum to learn more about the history of the island or grab a mouth-watering takeaway sandwich from The Hot and Cold Café (my favourite) in Cook Street Village and take a stroll through Beacon Hill Park, or head down to the beach to enjoy the sun and stunning views of the Olympic Mountain Range across the water. Finish off by unwinding with a delightful tea experience at one of the city's renowned tearooms, and don't forget to capture those Instagram-worthy moments!

There are so many beaches to explore between Tofino and Ucluelet. My friends and I always like walking the beaches here (or anywhere, let’s be honest). It’s the best way to experience the incredible beauty of the rugged coastline. Follow the trails that lead through the towering, moss-covered trees and you’ll find yourself emerging from the forest thinking you’ve entered another world. Some of my favourite spots here are Florencia Bay, Mackenzie, Wickaninnish, and Chesterman Beach.

For a dose of nature, visit Stanley Park, where you can rent bikes and cycle along the seawall, surrounded by stunning waterfront views, or go across Lions Gate Bridge and head out into the mountains on the stunning Northshore. One of our favourite ways to spend a morning is to stop at End of the Line General Store in Lynn Valley to grab a coffee and treat before heading out on a hike in Lynn Headwaters Regional Park.

I spend a magical week here every year with the girls at a cabin on the lake in Naramata. We usually hit up several wineries for tastings and delectable meals. The rest of the time we spend hiking in the area, paddleboarding, making meals together, and drinking the fantastic wine we’ve picked up along the way. We always leave feeling thoroughly rejuvenated!
